We Don't Expect a Perfectly Tidy Home.

Our brand celebrates a Real-Life Approach. We want to showcase authentic, unfiltered moments, not the polished perfection you often see online. Our audience craves a genuine look into how real people live. Feel free to keep your home as is—there’s no need for it to be picture-perfect. We won't stage your home or rearrange furniture. Our goal is to capture a true glimpse of YOU.

You Decide Which Rooms are Featured.

Our audience loves getting a peek into every room of your home to understand your unique style and personal story. However, if there are any areas you'd prefer to keep private—like children's rooms or personal spaces—that's perfectly fine! The choice is entirely yours.

We Won't feature the Exterior of Your Home.

Your privacy is important to us. We will focus exclusively on the interior of your home, and we’ll never make your address public. The videos will start once you open the door to us. We won’t feature the exterior of your home or surrounding neighborhood unless you give us explicit permission to do so.

A Relaxed and Friendly Tour.

We want the filming process to feel easy, relaxed, and fun—just like showing a friend around your home for the first time. I’ll film on my phone, holding it in “selfie-mode,” walking beside or behind you as you show us around. I’ll ask simple questions like, “How old is this house?” or “Where did you get that amazing piece of furniture?” The goal is to capture natural, unscripted moments that feel like a casual conversation with a neighbour. There’s no need for a pre-written script, and we won’t do multiple takes to create a “perfect” shot. We want to keep things light, fun, and spontaneous—just like a friendly chat in your own home.

You Choose Who is Filmed.

While we’re excited to showcase your home and the people who live in it, you have full control over who appears on camera. If you'd prefer to be the sole person guiding us through your space, that’s absolutely fine. You can also choose whether to include your spouse, family members, or anyone else in the video.

Your Home Will Be Featured Across Multiple Channels.

Once filming is complete, your home will be showcased in videos across our social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Instagram and TikTok videos will be approximately 3 minutes long, while YouTube videos may run up to 10-12 minutes. Please note, we won’t tag your personal social media handle unless you specifically request it. Additionally, please understand that you won't have editing rights or ownership of the final video. We’ll make sure to showcase your home and your story in the best possible light.
